With the Internet at large and customers’ reviews posted publicly, it is crucial that small businesses are in tune to providing complete customer service. Our philosophy at TOUCH is to assure that each customer has a consistent experience and each staff member is completely present while conducting satisfactory service. We not only value this philosophy, we also continue to strive for improvement.

The hair salon industry draws a vastly diverse and elaborately creative collection of artists. While a consultation of any service rendered is practiced, creative minds can vary in interpretation, conceptualization and expression giving varying end results. The true beauty behind each stylist is ones expression of hair artistry.

A comparable example can be that of a figurative drawing class. Suppose there are twelve artists rendering of a female figure. Each artist’s rendering will vary given the different artists’ styles, medium and approach to the subject matter. Thus, creating twelve possible outcomes. Time and time again this example is used in our salon and we take great pride in presenting and acknowledging each stylist as an individual with infinite possibilities of creative expression.

Concluding the service, each stylist welcomes critique and always leaves room for improvement. Improving art is a measureless continuum and can progressively become enhanced though constructive and positive criticism. Should any customer leave less than satisfied, it is our desire to develop improvement followed by a return visit.

“How To” Sessions

TOUCH can conduct one-on-one sessions to show you “how to” re-create the just-walked-out-of-the-salon look that you so desire.

Simply ask you stylist to schedule an extra 10-15 minutes to your appointment.  Prices may vary; consult your stylist.

Your stylist will put the tools in your hands and review all of the stylist’s techniques so that you can re-create the look at home.
